By using JSONLoom ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. JSONLoom is operated by Frequency AI Ltd, trading as Cashew Crate (company no. 16990328), registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
2. Description of Service
JSONLoom is a browser-based JSON formatting, validation, diff, and query tool. All JSON processing happens client-side in your browser. No data is transmitted to our servers.
3. User Accounts
Account creation is optional. Free features work without an account. Pro features require authentication through our shared auth service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the price displayed on the pricing page. Payments are processed through Polar. You can cancel anytime from your account page — access continues until the end of the billing period. Prices shown exclude applicable taxes.
5. Refunds
Email support@cashewcrate.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
6. Data and Privacy
All JSON data is processed entirely in your browser and never transmitted to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, including localStorage being cleared by the browser.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
